Carbohydrate Diet - Friend or foe? Part 2

What’s the solution?
From experience I learnt that cutting carbs makes you gloomy, moody and irritated. Therefore, I decided to stop cutting carbs and find my own method.
After trying out several combinations, I figured out that the best rebound-less diet is to EAT carbs in the following proportions:

Breakfast:
Something light:
Toast: yoghurt: fruits
2      :     1      :    1

Lunch:
salad: main dish: soup: carbs
   1   :       1     :     1  :   2

Dinner:
Eat what you want but cut the carbs.

The main point here is to eat a lot in the AFTERNOON. It keeps you full and energetic during the day.

Last but not least, my main advice is to “take it easy”. Eat chocolate once in a while, stop thinking about what foods to eat to lose weight. Eat healthy and don’t cut carbs.

  1. Maybe you r right, but most of doctors says don't mix protein and carb on one meal.Till now I don't know what's right or wrong but I'm trying :S.

  2. c thats just the thing.
thinking too much about what to mix and not to mix.
eating only protein, or only carbs is unhealthy, unsatisfying and difficult.
i dont think you can fill your stomach with fruits only. A nice sandwich can keep you full a longer time.
c, i think we should all try out different methods, and find out what suits us best.

oh, and i'm glad the posting went successfully. :D
